This house’s once opulent splendour may have faded, still its charm remains. With the many balconies and overshadowed windows, it’s perfect for a warm climate. The house may be small but it still holds three or more sims.

The somewhat cramped quarters still fit both a living room and a study on the first floor. (Note that the house comes without curtains, because EA in their infinite wisdom didn’t see it fit to provide some traditional looking curtains to fit this type of window. So this is where cc comes in handy …)

Bedrooms and the master bathroom can be found on the second floor.
